“I am the owner of a teacher and educational supply store that closed last year.  I had a storage unit 5’x10’ totally filled with boxes of product.  Where I looked at it and shook my head, Jo Ann calmly said “not a problem!” and “piece of cake!”  All the boxes were brought to Jo Ann’s home and I left.  When I came back a couple of days later to see where they were and help with the setup, Jo Ann and her staff had already setup the basement just like a store!  It was unbelievable… I was in a basement! Jo Ann listened to what I was looking for and quickly came up with a plan that was able to be implemented.  They organized the basement by category and merchandised the product like they had been doing it forever (some of her staff has).  The teachers that came to shop, once they came down the stairs, thought they were in a real teachers store.  I couldn’t be happier with the results! What was a monumental task for me was a walk in the park for Jo Ann and her staff.  I highly recommend them. Jo Ann delivered what she said she would.
